liability to probate duty in this colony of dividends on the

shares in question, but it was admitted by Mr. Francis that

dividenda stand in somewhat different position from the shares,

and I have no doubt the parties can come to an agerment about

them.

In accordance with the terms of the agreement between

the partins, there will be no erder as to costs.
